During this tour you will have a chance to experience both major cities of Russia. You will visit the terrific Kremlin grounds, old churches and monasteries in Moscow, stroll along its oldest and most beautiful streets, dine in its finest Russian cuisine restaurants and explore the richest Russian art collection in Tretyakov Gallery. Afterwards, the high-speed train will take you to St.Petersburg – one
of the most romantic Russian cities, where you will visit the world’s 3rd biggest museum, the Hermitage, numerous palaces of the Russian royal family and their striking summer residences, such as Catherine’s palace and park with a unique Amber room, and amazing Peterhof fountain park. Day 1

Arrival to Moscow.

Welcome to Moscow, the legendary capital of Russia and its largest and most vibrant city! Your guide and driver meet you at the airport and take you to your centrally located hotel for check-in and then to a welcoming lunch/dinner in the center of the city.

*Moscow river cruise or Bolshoy theatre show are available upon request.


Day 2

Moscow sightseeing tour.

Following breakfast you will have a tour of the oldest Moscow landmarks including the Red Square, Kremlin grounds and cathedrals, Armorial Chamber and St.Basil’s Cathedral, followed by a lunch in a local Russian cuisine restaurant and visit to GUM – Soviet Union Department store, nowadays one of the most remarkable and expensive capital’s shopping centers.

*Moscow river night cruise, Bolshoy Theatre shows are available upon request.


Day 3

Moscow sightseeing tour: Soviet Union time architecture &visit to Novodevichy Convent.

Your Moscow highlights tour continues: this time we visit Vorobyovy Gory (Sparrow Hills) and the Moscow University Building, Christ the Savior Cathedral (the major cathedral that was demolished in the Soviet Union time and had to be reconstructed from the ground up), Poklonnaya Hill (the monument to the victims and heroes of WWII), Soviet Union time skyscrapers and, followed by a delicious Russian lunch, a tour to Novodevichy Convent, one of the most beautiful Russian convents, recognized as UNESCO World Heritage.

*in order to enrich your experience, we recommend you to book one of our extra options, such as Russian folkshow, Russian banya (sauna) or culinary and craft workshops.


Day 4

Free day or Optional tour to Sergiev Posador Tretyakov Gallery

On this day you can choose to make it either a free day or take one of our exciting optional tours.

Sergiev Posad is one of the oldest Russian cities, situated near Moscow, where you will visit the beautiful city Kremlin and monastery grounds and lunch in the Monastery café.

Tretyakov Gallery tour will take you to the world-famous treasure trove of Russian fine art, and afterwards to one of the most beautiful old Moscow streets, Staryi Arbat, where you will have lunch.


Day 5

Visit to VDNH park

On this day we check out of the hotel and go to magnificent VDNH Park, the Soviet time Versailles, where you will have a chance to see the Soviet Union time exhibition halls and pavilions and Space museum. After lunch in a Russian cuisine restaurant, we will drive to the train station and depart to St.Petersburg on a modern high-speed train that will take us to the city center in just 3.5 hours.

In St.Petersburg, after check in, you will be given 1 hour to refresh and then we will take you to a true Russian lunch with a folkshow band in one of the city’s environs – a place that once was a favourite restaurant of our President, Vladimir Putin.


Day 6

City sightseeing tour

On this day we will take you around the major sights of the city, including St.Isaac’s Square, The Church on the Spilled Blood, the Bronze Horsemen monument, the Spit of the Basil’s Island, Peter and Paul Fortress, visit to souvernir market and much more. Lunch is included.

*Optional visit to Nikolaevsky Palace, where you can enjoy a terrific night folk show, with Russian traditional dancing and singing and Russian buffet during the intermission OR Ballet show at one of the major theatres upon choice (Mariinsky, Mikhailovsky, Alexandrinsky)


Day 7

Peterhof tour

During this day you will visit the beautiful Russian Versailles of Peter the Great and enjoy the magnificent, baroque Grand Palace and stroll along the fountain park. Lunch is included.

*Optional visit to Tsarina and Olga pavilions.

**You can also book tickets for a night folkshow at Nikolaevsky Palace, ballet at one of the major theatres upon choice (Mariinsky, Mikhailovsky, Alexandrinsky) or night river and canal cruise.


Day 8

Hermitage museum and culinary workshop

On this day we will take you to the 3rd biggest world arts museum – the Hermitage, where you will enjoy the striking interiors of the winter royal residence and European art masterpieces by major Italian, Spanish, Dutch and French painters.

*Optional visit to the General Staff building to see the collection of impressionists.

Following the Hermitage museum tour, we will take you to the culinary workshop, where, instructed by our chef you will cook one of traditional Russian dishes and enjoy it together with Russian buffet and vodka.

**You can also book tickets for a night folkshow at Nikolaevsky Palace, ballet at one of the major theatres upon choice (Mariinsky, Mikhailovsky, Alexandrinsky) or night river and canal cruise.


Day 9

Catherine palace and park

On this day you will visit the amazing Catherine’s Palace in Tsar’s Village and see the mysterious Amber room, stroll in the gardens, and visit museum of Imperial carriages. Lunch is included.

*Optional visit to Pavlovsk museum.


Day 10

Free day or Optional tour to Yusupov Palace &river and canal cruise.

You will visit the striking palace of one of the richest families of Russia, see their interiors and private theatre, as well as the notorious place, where Grigory Rasputin was killed. After delicious Russian lunch, you will be taken on a river and canal cruise, to see the magnificent Northern Venice from water.


Day 11

Departure from St.Petersburg.

Following breakfast, your guide and driver will take you to Pulkovo airport.
