On this breathtaking tour you will find yourself in the very heart of Russia, its capital, Moscow city, and the capital of the prosperous Tatar Republic of Russia, Kazan. Moscow is a combination of old and new architectural styles, main Russian business and political center. You will experience the life of this vibrant, multi-national city, see its historical and cultural gems, such as Kremlin, St.Basil’s Cathedral, Armorial Chamber, Tretyakov Gallery, Novodevichy Convent and much more. Afterwards we will travel to Kazan, one of the oldest and richest cities of Russia, which strikes by its beauty and amazing gastronomy.





Day 1

Arrival to Moscow.

Welcome to Moscow, the legendary capital of Russia and its largest and most vibrant city! Your guide and driver meet you at the airport and take you to your centrally located hotel for check-in and then to a welcoming lunch/dinner in the center of the city.

*Moscow river cruise or Bolshoy theatre show are available upon request.


Day 2

Moscow sightseeing tour.

Following breakfast you will have a tour of the oldest Moscow landmarks including the Red Square, Kremlin grounds and cathedrals, Armorial Chamber and St.Basil’s Cathedral, followed by a lunch in a local Russian cuisine restaurant and visit to GUM – Soviet Union Department store, nowadays one of the most remarkable and expensive capital’s shopping centers.

*Moscow river night cruise, Bolshoy Theatre shows are available upon request.


Day 3

Moscow sightseeing tour: Soviet Union time architecture and VDNH Park.

Your Moscow highlights tour continues: this time we visit Vorobyovy Gory (Sparrow Hills) and the Moscow University Building, Christ the Savior Cathedral (the major cathedral that was demolished in the Soviet Union time and had to be reconstructed from the ground up), Poklonnaya Hill (the monument to the victims and heroes of WWII), Soviet Union time skyscrapers and, followed by a delicious Russian lunch a tour to Soviet time Versailles, VDNH Park.

*in order to enrich your experience, we recommend you to book one of our extra options, such as Russian folkshow, Russian banya (sauna) or culinary and craft workshops.


Day 4

Moscow sightseeing tour: Novodevichy Convent and Izmailovo

On this day we will take you outside Moscow to see one of the most beautiful Russian convents, recognized as UNESCO World Heritage and one of the pilgrimage, sacred places in Russia, and Izmailovo park, where you can visit traditional Russian crafts market and Museum of Vodka and choose souvenirs for your friends and family.


Day 5

Free day or Optional tour to Sergiev Posad.

Sergiev Posad is one of the oldest Russian cities, situated near Moscow, where you will visit the beautiful city Kremlin and monastery grounds and lunch in the Monastery café.


Day 6

Visit to the Tretyakov Gallery &departure to Kazan

On this day you will enjoy a guided tour of the world-famous treasure trove of Russian fine art - the Tretyakov Gallery. Following lunch on one of the most beautiful old Moscow streets, StaryiArbat, we will take you to the train station and depart to Kazan. You will have a chance to enjoy Central Russia landscapes while travelling on a modern, comfortable train. You will arrive to Kazan next morning.


Day 7

Kazan Kremlin and Muslim Mosque

Arrival to Kazan. Your guide and driver will meet you at the station and take you to your centrally located hotel for a check-in and then to a welcoming breakfast. Following breakfast you will see the historical center of Kazan, the Kremlin grounds and museums and the heart of the city – the Qolşärif Mosque. Lunch is included.


Day 8

Island city Sviyazhsk

During this tour we will take you to the environs of Kazan, breathtaking island city Sviyazsk, so see its unique architecture, monasteries and churches. Afterwards, we will drive to a traditional tatar cuisine restaurant, where you will participate in the culinary workshop and enjoy a delicious dinner accompanied by traditional tatar dancing and singing.


Day 9

Free day or Optional tour to Elabuga city or Fishing trip on the Kama river.

During the tour to Elabuga you will enjoy the major sights of this 18th century city, its beautiful landscapes and crafts market where you will be able to find authentic tatar souvenirs and locally made honey and jams.

Fishing trip on the Kama river is an unforgettable experience! You will have a chance to fish on one of the widest Russian rivers, enjoy its breathtaking landscapes and freshly-cooked fish with Russian buffet and vodka.


Day 10

The Virgin monastery of Raifa and the Temple of All Religions

On this tour you will visit one of the most beautiful Russian orthodox monasteries and a unique Temple of all religions. Lunch is included.


Day 11

Departure from Kazan

Following breakfast your guide and driver will take you to the airport for your flight back home.
